The ISUOG International Organization provides certified and high level education in ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology. After two successful ISUOG certified events in Athens in 2018 and 2019, ISUOG returns again in 2020 with the Basic Training Course. During this two-day theoretical training, participants will study fetal anomalies and gynecological ultrasound. On the first day we will discuss techniques of obstetric ultrasound as well as explore the fetal anatomy. Experienced ISUOG faculty will teach you exactly how you can make this distinction and learn how to decide if your fetal anomaly scan is “normal or not.” On the second day of the Course the trainers will focus on gynecological ultrasound. The knowledge you gain will lead you from the most basic aspects to a more comprehensive view of the basic knowledge of the ultrasound for the uterus and the ovary and you will gain a greater skill in writing gynecological ultrasound reports. At the end of each day there will be a quiz, which will evaluate the knowledge you received.
